To all the AI photo forensics out there that claim AI generated images "have no soul"
Please help me understand why this image is soulless. This is from Midjourney v5.1, no edits or anything.
Can you even tell this isn't a real photo? I don't see any obvious giveaways here.

I told @THR that AI is by definition conservative and therefore can't be truly funny. Why?
All Supervised Learning does, including your ML model-du-jour, is "average" the past to imagine the present, and that's literally what being conservative means.

@guyhoffman I liked your text (was it yours, right?), and I agree. I find critically important to understand that in the educational setting it is the process that matters, not the product. I love this topic and have worked on it when assessing. No silver bullet yet though... I keep trying.
