🚨 POLITICS: SENATOR HAGERTY CONFIRMS CRYPTO MARKET STRUCTURE BILL HEADING TO BANKING COMMITTEE NEXT WEEK @SenatorHagerty (R-TN) confirmed at the Digital Assets and Emerging Tech Policy Summit at Vanderbilt that the crypto market structure bill will enter the Senate Banking Committee starting next week, with the goal of passing it out of committee in April. "We're very close, and my expectation is that we get it into committee in this next work period that starts on Monday of next week," Hagerty said. "There are several issues still outstanding, I think none of them are insurmountable." He acknowledged "there's still a lot more work to do." The bill, originally titled the CLARITY Act when it passed the House in July, would shift primary crypto oversight from the SEC to the CFTC. It has been delayed by government shutdowns, stablecoin yield disputes, and ethics concerns. The Senate Agriculture Committee has already advanced its version.

We've now closed the weekly outside the RSI resistance for the first time in a 1,5 years. Here we'll find out if our macro analysis is correct or not.
This would be the start of a higher trend shift and would continue for a few years.
Structure is clear, support was clear, now we'll only know in hindsight if confirmation was correct too (x.com/Osemka8/status…)

@imariholt I'm just looking on the weekly to see which alt is going to piece a string of weeks above the 5EMA (climbing the stairs). Ultimately I'm looking for a pattern like this to confirm a reversal.
