The Falcons are scheduled to unveil a new set of uniforms in April, following the disaster that was their 2020 rebrand. Several details have already leaked online, including a new red jersey, and while it’s a step in the right direction, it still leaves room for improvement. This redesign draws from classic eras of Falcons football, incorporating familiar elements in a cleaner way that feels both nostalgic and modern. While the current throwback is rumored to stay in rotation, it feels too similar to my home jersey. Instead I opted for a 1980s-inspired look, which retains their iconic red helmet shell.
