Watching Leigh-Anne develop her album project has been really interesting. She’s spoken about how scary it is to self-fund, but that’s what we all have been doing for years with teeny budgets we save from a weekend job. If she can’t do it with her budget, then we’re all screwed.

leigh-anne says she would really love to achieve a top 10 album next week as she releases her self-funded debut solo album: “not because the charts are the be all and end all or something to measure success, but more so because I feel that’s what this project deserves.”
