@RideflowHQ gives you that ability to manage your Logistics company easily
Immortal Ken@chikogu_Kenneth

I once hired a dispatch rider who almost stole my business. In 2022, Austin called me after seeing my advert in a logistics WhatsApp group. To prove he was serious, I traveled from Ajah to Epe to meet him. I met him and his wife in a one-room face-me-I-face-you house. Life was not perfect for me either, but I could see clearlythis man needed the job. So I did what I always do. I gave him hope. I told him “Work hard, I will pay you well. I will feed you when I can, and one day, the bike could even become yours.” He started the job. And for the first week? Perfect. Fast. Reliable. Respectful. Honest. But experience has taught me something: That phase never lasts. Then I landed a contract with a cream factory. Big opportunity. I handled the clients. Austin handled deliveries. Everything looked set. 3 days later, They called me: “We’re no longer interested.” Then they blocked me. No explanation. Nothing. I was shocked but I moved on. A week later, I got a call from the police station. (Ajah police station Ajuwe Thomas Estate) Austin had been arrested for passing one-way. I went to bail him out. That’s when I saw it! He was still delivering for the same company that cut me off. I dug deeper. And the truth hit me hard: Austin told them he had bought the bike from me., That he no longer worked for me., Then he offered them a cheaper deal. He did not just just leave. He replaced me. The only reason everything didn’t fully collapse? When he got arrested, his phone was off. The company had no choice but to call the number on the dispatch box, My number. That’s how everything came back to light. I had to involve the police. Recovered what was mine. Sacked him immediately. And that day, I learned something every logistics business owner must understand: You will NEVER have a perfect dispatch rider. Stop chasing loyalty. Start building systems. Have backup riders Control your client relationships Track your operations Protect your assets Because in Lagos logistics? If your business depends on one rider, You do not have a business. You have a risk. First and second frame..Two of my bikes one at the station the second frame in Action

If you really look at it… A lot of logistics teams are doing too much just to keep things moving. → Switching between apps. → Calling riders. → Trying to piece together updates. And even with all that effort, there’s still: → poor visibility → delayed coordination → gaps in information Because the real problem is the system. That’s why Rideflow brings everything together: → Track riders → Monitor deliveries → See what’s happening in real time So you’re moving trucks with total control of your operations. Unfortunately, consistency alone won’t change your life. If you’re consistent at the wrong things, you’ll just stay stuck faster.

You’d be surprised: The tools you added to “fix” your logistics operations might actually be the reason it feels harder. Whether you’re a founder scaling operations, a manager tracking riders, or an SME owner handling deliveries… The more tools you use to manage logistics, the less control you actually have. That’s why growth starts to feel messy. Rideflow brings everything into one system. #logistics #logisticsnigeria #fleetmanagement

Nobody really talks about this… But behind every “delivery completed” there’s usually stress, adjustments, and last-minute fixes. It’s never as smooth as it looks. That's why @RideflowHQ is built

It’s either you go out, party, spend that savings and make bad decisions, it will surely reset you or You make a very huge investment that makes you broke that you have no choice than to work or Start making a monthly installment payment for a house or a car that you have no choice than to work to keep up payment

I think I'm dealing with anhedonia. Nothing really excites me anymore, and my days feel monotonous.

Just watching an interview of @seyedele on founders connect, talking about how @getPaidHR came to be, he said something about how he had to rebuild the platform due to customers needs, that’s exactly what happened to @RideflowHQ we had to rebuild most part of the dashboard after we onboarded 2 companies.. example is this page, we had to build a staff performance page because it’s important to their business. We are still learning and we are still building, if you own a logistics company and you need a well worked platform for every part of your business. Use rideflow

From idea to real operations. We soft-launched Rideflow in February, and we’ve already onboarded 4 logistics businesses actively using the platform to manage their daily operations. So far, these companies have recorded 700+ successful deliveries and processed ₦2M+ in transactions through the system. Watching teams move from scattered calls and WhatsApp updates to structured, trackable workflows has been a huge validation. Still early, but the direction is clear. We’re building something real

In the beginning, you do everything yourself. That’s how you learn. But as you grow, that same habit becomes a limitation. That’s when you start building systems and bringing people in. That’s where scale begins. Gm

How does growth break logistics? Simple, the tools that worked at 5 riders fall apart at 50. You’ve probably tried fixing it the usual way: add another app… create another WhatsApp group… build another spreadsheet. But the more tools you add, the less control you actually have. Growth exposes every crack, scattered data, slow dispatch, missing records, compliance errors. And no matter how hard the team works, the chaos keeps multiplying. That’s the gap we built Rideflow for. A single intelligent workspace that connects HR, fleet, dispatch, compliance, and data, so growth stops breaking your operations and starts powering them. The future of Nigerian logistics isn’t more apps. It’s one platform that finally brings everything together. Scale Smarter with Rideflow
