One candidate has taken money from AIPAC.

Abdul El-Sayed has taken no corporate PAC money during his Senate campaign.

The Michigan Democratic primary isn't until August but money is starting to roll in. Out of three candidates, two have taken our pledges to:
- Reject corporate PAC $$
- Ban Congressional stock trading and hold no stocks in office
- Support a 5 year lobbying ban for former members

@ostonox @MalloryMcMorrow Hey! If you can share the FEC receipts that show she took AIPAC money we’ll definitely update the pledge. We have not been able to find that.

Ten of the top ten corporate PAC donors to members of the House Armed Services Committee are defense contractors. In the 2024-2026 cycle alone they have donated over $1,463,000. Elected officials should not be allowed to take money from the industries they regulate. Period.

He is running against State Representative Josh Turek in the Democratic primary. The winner will likely face Republican Rep. Ashley Hinson, who received $607,000 in Corporate PAC money during her last term in office.
