ADHD is so different internally vs. externally. You'll spend 3 hours trying to convince yourself to cook lunch, feeling like shit and getting anxious because you can't just stand up and do it, and people just see you sprawled on the couch scrolling through your phone.

When you have the money, you can go a whole day without eating. But when you're broke, the dizziness starts at 6am😭

How it feels to leave important task at hand and go do irrelevant shit

When my ex moved out, he took the riding lawn mower because apparently cutting grass was his entire personality. A month later, he texted: "The mower won't start."
