I'm sorry but if that's your team you are fuming about it. We have had to listen to Howard Webb waffle on about “common sense” and VAR not being used to re-referee the game. The referee has had a very clear view of the whole incident, and he has deemed it a yellow card offence. He has judged the distance from goal, Ben White, and he has made his decision. It's not an error. It's a subjective decision that everyone can have different opinions on. His opinion is that it is not a sending-off, but because the referee on VAR has a different one and deems it is. He has to change it. That is re-refereeing the game. I'm sorry but it's fucking corrupt. If you cannot see what I am explaining you need to watch another sport. I'm bored of it.

I dont care if I'm going on about this, but Arsenal have to appeal. When the foul is given, the ball is stationary and Veltman kicks it a couple of yards in front of him. By the laws of the game “the ball is in play when it is kicked and clearly moves” Rice touching the ball does not matter because it is now in play. Veltman should then be sent off for the kick on Rice.
