To me, Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is something of a sacred place. Lifting weights is the most inclusive form of fitness on earth. Maybe you can't run or sprint. But you can always lift weights. You can work around any injury. You can use machines or dumbbells. You can use lighter weights and build up. It's a shame so many people don't lift.
