I’m incredibly proud to see the people of the Twin Cities receive the John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award. In a moment of real fear, Minnesotans chose courage. Standing shoulder to shoulder, protecting our neighbors, and defending the rights that make us who we are. Proud to be a Minnesotan.

This administration pushed the largest immigration operation in history into Minnesota without even talking to state leaders first. We can enforce the law and respect people’s rights, and that’s exactly what Minnesotans deserve.

Grateful to join community members at the People’s Hearing on Immigration Enforcement hosted by Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio and the US Commission on Civil Rights. These stories matter and should guide how we protect civil rights and dignity for everyone.

This morning I was in front of Minnesota’s legislature to advocate for the MAP Act 2.0.  Minnesota has to be ready to meet this moment. Fraud referrals are rising, and we need stronger tools to investigate and prosecute Medicaid fraud. Protecting public dollars means protecting health care for Minnesota families.

Since last January, we’ve taken the Trump administration to court more than 50 times — and we’ve won. As the People’s Lawyer, that’s my job: making sure the powerful play by the rules so you can afford your life.

Minnesotans should be able to afford their lives. That means cracking down on corporate abuse, protecting consumers, and making sure the rules apply to everyone, not just working families. As Attorney General, that’s the work I show up to do every day.

In 1965, courageous Black Americans crossed the bridge in Selma demanding their right to vote. Their peaceful protest was met with violence, but they kept marching and helped pass the Voting Rights Act, moving our nation closer to liberty and justice for all. Today I’m in Selma standing shoulder to shoulder with Attorneys General from across the country. Different states, one mission: protecting people’s rights and upholding the law.

Minnesotans have been through a lot. Families, workers, and small businesses felt the fear ripple through our communities. People are beginning to heal. And my office is working every day to make sure the truth comes out and accountability follows.

Good. Kristi Noem egged ICE on as they arrested innocent children, violated Minnesotans’ rights, and harassed entire communities. She smeared the names of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. I’m glad she’s going but the problem isn’t going away with her. My eye is still on the ball and I’m going to keep fighting for justice for Minnesotans.
