I am SO looking forward to this book. It’s one of those books that lives in your brain, reminding you of its ideas as you go through the world and children’s book reading.

@aleaglen I don't have a set of strategies. I listen hard. I check back with students if I'm not clear or I want to be sure. I ask them to reexplain if I need to. It gets easier with practice . . . as along as I focus on what they say not on what I wish they would say.
