JUST IN: Two Florida School Bus Employees Arrested After Disturbing Incident Caught on Video
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrested two school bus employees following an investigation involving a student with autism and ADHD.
Authorities say video footage showed 79-year-old Juanita Wright repeatedly mistreating the student while 62-year-old Tonya Rice-Constant allegedly laughed and failed to intervene.
Both were arrested on January 26, 2026. Wright faces 14 felony counts related to the recorded crime, while Rice-Constant is charged with failing to report the incident.
