@HSBC_UK spent 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with someone on the business side to order a new security dongle. Updated my address then line went dead before they confirmed it was sent. Spent another 3 hours from abroad on hold nobody answered so gave up. Shocking service.

@HSBC_UK I sent an email as you requested. Still no response.... What is the wait time to get an email response?
