To God be ALL glory! The book I co-authored with my wonderful friend David Hao arrived in the mail today! It’s entitled “The Maximizer Mindset: Work Less, Achieve More, Spread Joy” and was published by Rowman & Littlefield. It was such a blessing to write this book with David. 📖

Coaching outside your "expertise." Critical insights. One Australian high school I worked with banned coaches from working in their subject area to avoid the perception of coach as expert. The faculty loved it.
