It is my sincerest wish for more Filipinos to be more pro-Filipino. A big reason why this country doesn't improve is because we hate ourselves and our nation and would rather abandon it to approximate to our colonizers than uplift each other. And that includes the exploitative

"i hate being filipino because of our shitty government" the shitty government does not define who we are as filipinos or what our culture is, it defiles and degrades it. complaints about how hard it is living here is valid but lets not turn it into hate towards who we are as ppl

This is why you will never see me ascribing to that "I hate being Filipino/I am ashamed to be Filipino" mindset because it's all colonial mentality and internalized racism. It's miserable to watch.
