Today, the Principal of @MakCoBAMS Prof. Edward Bbaale officially enrolled in the College SACCO, witnessed by the interim committee. He commended Assoc. Prof. James Wokadala for his steadfast leadership in guiding the SACCO from boardroom discussions to full implementation.

𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬 Makerere University has clarified that, despite recent media reports, it remains highly ranked by international agencies. The University said that according to the latest Centre for World University Rankings (CWUR), it is ranked 13th in Africa and 912th globally, maintaining its position as Uganda’s leading university. It added that EduRank places Makerere 7th in Africa and among the top 5% of universities worldwide, with particular recognition in Health Sciences research.
