Following reports from Bloomberg, Reuters and Business Insider, Blue Owl has denied financing issues tied to a $4B Pennsylvania data center leased to CoreWeave $CRWV.
A spokesperson told Bisnow the report is incorrect. CoreWeave told Barron’s the project is fully funded and on schedule.
Both reject the financing narrative.

It’s time to re-imagine Bourbon Street!!!
The City Council just missed an opportunity for New Orleans. Not only is this ordinance needed, it needs to be enhanced. New Orleans desperately needs to re-imagine Bourbon Street. There should be an ordinance that states by 2030, strip joints on Bourbon Street will be banned. There’s a reason locals don’t go to Bourbon Street, it’s a toilet. Bourbon Street should have high-end restaurants, cafés, jazz clubs, and galleries. Bourbon Street and Royal Street should work together to bring in high-end locals and tourist spending real money on the street. A couple coming to Bourbon Street getting a couple of daiquiris or a big ass beer contributes nothing to the economy. The strip joints only bring in prostitution and drug drugs. And most Bourbon Street businesses are all cash. The city is missing out on millions of dollars in tax revenue. It’s long overdue. Time to reimagine Bourbon Street.
