Our newest experimental x-ray microtomography cell is now proven at the Swiss Light Source TomCAT beamline. A 10 mm OD rock core can have a triaxial stress state (to 500 MPa axial, 30 MPa confining), fluid flow along the core, and a temperature of 573 K. @ffusseis @Dr_Butty

At the Swiss Light Source running 4D microCT experiments imaging coupled thermal-chemical-mechanical reactions in rocks. It's just turned 4:20 am and the data are rolling in 👍. @microtomography @ffusseis @jamesgilgannon @GeosciencesEd
