Amazon KDP is the simplest business on Earth.
I make $50,000/month doing it.
The best part?
• I don’t write a single word.
• I keep more of what I earn.
• I don’t handle shipping or logistics.
Everything, with tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Canva.
I could easily charge $79 for this.
But for the next 24 hours, you can get my entire AI publishing strategy for free.
Comment “Info”
I’ll DM you everything.

I’m 27.
I make $50K/month using AI tools.
My strategy is simple:
• Find urgent problems
• Write 10,000 words solution with AI
• Package it in a 90-page eBook
• Sell it on Amazon KDP
If you start today, you could reach $3,000/month by March 2026.
But obviously, there’s more to it.
That’s why I’m giving away my exclusive AI publishing playbook.
Like this post and comment “AI.”
I’ll DM it to you.
Make sure you follow so I can message you.

the 10 most profitable workflows local businesses are buying right now.
i've built 47 of these in the last 3 weeks using synta. here's what they pay, what each does, and how fast they deploy:
→ missed call text-back ($800-1,500) - 3 min
client gets a reply in 60 seconds instead of never calling back
→ review request automation ($500-1,200) - 4 min
google reviews triple within the first month
→ appointment no-show recovery ($1,200-2,500) - 5 min
recovers 30-40% of lost revenue automatically
→ AI receptionist + call routing ($2,000-4,000) - 8 min
24/7 coverage. zero missed calls. zero salaries.
→ instant quote generator ($1,500-3,000) - 7 min
response time drops from 2 days to 2 minutes
→ client onboarding sequence ($1,800-3,500) - 9 min
forms, doc collection, payments - one workflow handles all of it
→ invoice follow-up + payment recovery ($1,000-2,000) - 4 min
late payments drop by 60% without a single awkward phone call
→ social proof collector ($600-1,200) - 3 min
auto-requests testimonials and publishes to google/socials
→ lead scoring + routing ($1,500-3,000) - 6 min
hot leads hit your phone. cold leads get nurtured automatically.
→ weekly owner dashboard ($1,200-2,500) - 5 min
revenue, reviews, leads, appointments - one email every monday morning
average build time: 5.4 minutes.
average revenue per workflow: $1,750.
close rate when you build it live in front of them: 70%.
every single one self-heals through synta's MCP. no debugging. no maintenance calls from clients at 11pm.
i put together a free PDF with:
→ all 10 copy-paste prompts (word for word what i type into synta)
→ pricing calculator by complexity + industry
→ the live demo script that closes 7 out of 10
→ objection handling for "i'll think about it"
→ synta MCP setup walkthrough (5 min)
comment "RETAINER" and i'll send it.
synta(.)io - describe the workflow in plain english. it builds, deploys, and fixes itself.

@EndresenHeather Are you allowed to use SBA and then have seller finance an additional amount on top to get seller cash upfront but help keep payments low for buyer?
English

@mtwebb01 The range is 7% - 10%. Depends on, whether you have real estate equity to pledge as collateral, DSCR/amount of SBA Debt-to-EBITDA, and bank’s assessment of resume fit. I have some great videos on my website that go over topics like this.

(Potentially) Selling a facility we own in Kentucky
We purchased this with the intent to hold long term, but we have since decided to focus our efforts on a new acquisition. (only so much bandwidth). Still a lot of value to be added here.
We've done about a 3/4 turn. Rates on existing customers have a ways to go to meet market.
Great for someone who wants consistent cash flow Day 1 with some additional meat on the bone.
2 buildings
12k sq ft (6k per building)
75 units
92% occupancy (currently)
End buyers only, will not allow wholesale/assignment in contract
Revenue of 80k/year
Room to add another 2-3k sq ft on existing lot.
New roofs on both buildings in 2024
New paint throughout in 2024
New signage in 2024
Some new metal interiors in 2024 and 2025
698k Purchase Price
Purchase Price is a 8 cap on actuals (30% expenses) with a lot more runway to increase rents, and even lower op expenses further.
We operate this remotely with a great Boots on the Ground that wants to stay.
If you or someone you know want more info, let me know and I'm happy to chat. For the right buyer this could be an awesome deal, it's been a great little facility for us.

There's $100,000+ sitting in your credit score doing absolutely nothing
You're not using it
You're not earning from it
You're just... letting it sit there
While banks are literally waiting to hand it to you at 0% interest
The unused capital problem:
If you have a 700+ credit score, you qualify for $100-250K in business credit cards at 0% APR for 12-18 months
That's not a loan. That's not debt with interest. That's free capital with an 18-month runway
What most people do: Nothing. Let the credit score exist as a number on a screen
What smart people do: Convert that score into capital, deploy it, and build wealth with someone else's money
The math:
$150K in 0% credit deployed into a business doing 30% margins = $45K profit in year 1
You pay back the $150K (cost: $0 in interest)
You keep the $45K
Your credit score? Back to normal in 60 days
Net result: $45K richer using money that was never yours
This is what people mean by "leverage" and "OPM" (other people's money)
Rich people do this constantly. They never use their own cash. They use bank money, make returns, pay it back, keep the spread
Your credit score is a key to a vault. You're just not turning it
Banks have lending quotas. They WANT to give you money. They're hoping you'll fuck up and pay interest
If you don't fuck up, you get free capital for 18 months
Who's really winning that deal?
(I help you get up to $250k in 0% funding. DM me if you're ready to actually use your credit score, you run a real business, and you have a 700+ score)

The highest paid dog influencer charges over $30,000 per post (and companies gladly pay it)
My company Iron Paws paid creators over $300,000 in commissions in 2025, and we plan to 10X that in 2026
If you are creative and own a dog, comment "Petfluencers" and I'll send you over more info!
Join the company people have called "like Athletic Greens if it was for dogs"
And learn how to grow and monetize social media pages for your dog that can change your life in 2026!

🚨 Big news!
We just dropped the 2025 Edition of the @smblawgroup Letter of Intent (LOI) template.
If you want a copy, just reply below, and I’ll DM you the download link.
This template has been battle-tested in hundreds of deals, representing over $1 billion in closed transactions.
Over the years, we’ve seen the same issues pop up... unclear terms, mismatched expectations, and other common headaches that cause busted deals.
We’ve taken everything we’ve learned, fixed those problems, and built it into this updated version.
It’s simple, clear, and designed to avoid the usual roadblocks.
If you’re working on a deal, this could save you a ton of time and hassle. Let me know if you want it... I’m happy to share!
