@native4data I have 3 kids one who special needs so I am with you there. It’s not easy to find care to be gone for days at a time especially if you are a single mom. I am not so I feel even more for you.

I rarely travel for conferences or talks bc as a single mom, I gotta take my 6 yo or find childcare & it’s rarely worth it. But THIS is so worth it. I’m honored to be in relation w Indigenous women doctoral scholars today. There will be cussing, loud laughter, & tears.
