Over work is the real issue that needs to be addressed in all the healthcare institutes. There's no point of talking about medication errors and other issues related to patient safety, if the authorities has no plan to solve the staff shortage issues. @MoHmv @igmhmv

We really need to stop the glorification of overwork in health care. There is nothing cool or heroic about picking up extra shifts,not sleeping well or working with inadequate rest. It’s not healthy or okay.
