Kansas is a 4-seed (expected) in the East Region (ugh) playing its first round game in San Diego (double ugh) against a California school. Missouri is a 10-seed playing its first game in St. Louis. Cool, cool, cool.

I don't begrudge the men's teams this change, but COME ON. The women played the entire tournament on this court last week. It's the right call, but it's a week late.

ICYMI: The Big 12 announced a court change after the #KUbball win. Here's a Brett Yormark: "... in order to provide our student-athletes with the greatest level of comfort on a huge stage this weekend, we will transition to a hardwood court for the remainder of the tournament."
