How I build web apps for founders: 1. Free strategy call 2. Start subscription 3. Plan & Mockups 4. Client approval 5. Development & Testing 6. Launch & Monitoring Steps 3-6 repeat for every feature — agile, simple, transparent. Here's what each step looks like ↓

The best part? Steps 3-6 repeat for every new feature. Same process, same quality, same transparency — whether it's the first version of your product or the 20th iteration. That's how you build a product that grows with your business.

@hunterhammonds Exactly! Using CC daily on real projects, the output depends on who's driving. Architecture, decisions, critical review: still on you. AI is an accelerant, not a replacement for technical thinking.

Blown away by the response to the new Off/Menu site. I'm also really saddened at the amount of people complaining that Claude Code doesn't produce the same results for them... It produces code. That's all. We didn't open CC and say "MAKE GOOD WEBSITE NO MISTAKES!" Petr had a vision. He used CC as the tool to execute his vision. Piece by piece. It was an accelerant. You think we can produce that level of polish and fidelity without actually knowing what the code does? Without writing a lot of the CSS, transitions, animations, etc ourselves? Come on... Stop using AI as a crutch. It's just a tool.

Having full visibility over the stack means I can make those calls. What's worth building now, what can wait, and what architecture choices keep the door open for what's next. nicolatoledo.com

And that's where my real value is — not just the technical side. It's sitting with a founder, understanding what they want to build, and figuring out what goes in v1, what comes later, and how to ship something solid as fast as possible.

In 2017 I started building web apps for startups. Then I moved into no-code — Webflow, Wized, Xano. Great tools. I built several platforms with them...

I've spent 10+ years building web apps for companies that outgrew no-code. An LMS with 3,000+ students. A matching platform that went from a spreadsheet to 160k+ users. That's what I do, and I'm going to build in public
