@Parkmobile the rate on your app still is not correct for the Wesmont lot. You are knowingly overcharging customers. Since you don’t believe me here is proof
@Parkmobile continues to overcharge at the Wesmont station parking lot. Despite them saying their base rate is not set by them it does not match the rate set by the owners of the lot
@Parkmobile once again overcharging for the Wesmont lot. Kiosk on site, NJT, and Park America all show it should be 4$ but ParkMobile chooses to overcharge their customers
I am sorry for your frustration. Unfortunately, the parking times and cost are configured by our clients, as we are simply facilitating the transaction. I strongly encourage you to reach out to the owner of the parking area and let them know that you would like different options with your parking.
@NJTRANSIT the #3312 train to NY is ONCE AGAIN late to Secaucus. If any person on earth delivered the work as late as your trains run they would be FIRED. Every. Single. Day.

The NJCL 3312 train is delayed every single day creating a 30-45min gap into Penn. Standing on the platform I can confirm no other trains are going through the tunnel so why are we not increasing the shuttle frequency during this period?
@NJTRANSIT talk to your starter at gate 224. They’re sending half full buses out of the gate with people waiting to get on and no buses behind them!!!!! Now the next bus is standing room only
@NJTRANSIT had a conductor mock me this morning for sitting in one seat of a 4 seater, plenty of room next to me for the folks that chose to stand. Great customer service as always! Oh and the train was delayed!
