@GnomeZurich @VanceBarse when faced with this from people around my business, i usually tell them to produce a business idea, a plan and/or a product, i’ll fund you 49/51% in favor of you guess what the answer usually is? most people aint willing to live in a constant work setting

@VanceBarse Because wages and division of the spoils utterly suck. The founder takes all mentality. Know lots of successful people who have said fuck it why am I making someone a billionaire when I get a pat on the ass and 200k bonus, yet my impact on the business all goes to founder.
