"Nothing gives you 100% satisfaction." In Buddhism, this truth is explained by Pali word Dukkha. Dukkha does not only mean suffering; it also means unsatisfactoriness. Even pleasure, success, love, or comfort cannot give lasting fulfillment because all conditioned things are impermanent. We suffer not only when things go wrong, but also when things go right and we fear losing them. Desire replaces desire, and satisfaction never stays complete. This is the nature of existence. The Buddha did not teach pessimism, but clarity. When we stop expecting permanent happiness from impermanent things, the mind becomes freer. This is the Dukkha in Buddhism. ⛩️🪷🍁
