The 10 Year is up over 3% from the lows of last week. More downside for Treasuries to come. If the 10Y breaks through 5%, expect a lot more downside for stocks.

Conditions Get Worse If: • Economic data points to a hard landing • Core inflation levels off or bounces • Fed hikes again in 2023 • Fed hammers home higher for longer • Treasury yields keep rising • 10-year yield moves close to, or above, 5.00% Only time will tell.
