“Did I actually scare you? I’m so sorry.” He chuckled and smiled at her, letting her brush his arm.

He helped her up and dusted her off with a warm smile before doing the same to himself. “That was fun though, right?”

“Sorry, I got carried away.” He chuckled and stood up, offering his head down to her to help her up too.

“I’m fine. I just thought it would sell it a little more.” He chuckled and sat up and looked at her. “Maybe I watch too much WWE.”

As her shoulder connected with his chest, he jumped back, raising his legs so his back hit the floor. “Ouch!” He said, stifling a smile.

“Alright then, give me your best shot.” He said, raising his arms out to let her do what she needed to do.

He smiled and placed his hands on his hips, a friendly chuckle spilling from his lips. “Would it make you feel better or worse if I reacted like you got me?”

“Is that all you’ve got?” He chuckled and looked down at her with a raised brow and a smirk that challenged her to do better.

He, of course, didn’t move an inch at the shove and lightly shoved her back. “Make me.”

“You’re a very good journalist but a terrible liar.” He laughed, tilting his head, enjoying seeing her flustered.
