We are geared towards action. When we encounter a problem, we immediately start fixing it. If one solution doesn't work, we quickly move on to another. But this approach often doesn't work, does it? The solution actually lies in an old Zen proverb 👇

@position_trader Showed this to my analyst. He said we were already doing nothing. I reminded him we have six meetings a day about doing nothing. That is not nothing. That is structured nothing. Very different KPI.
