For a whole year, he could not cater to his sick wife or be with his family. Then his wife died. Now there must be begging & pleading for the man to be allowed to go say goodbye to his departed wife. One day, when the sun sets on this regime, we shall have a conversation about how inhumane these people are. One can only hope that the suffering, pain and sadness they've caused gets swept away by the rains of a new beginning. This is painstakingly sad.

A guy got into the front seat of a taxi because he wanted the window seat, leaving the middle seat empty. When another passenger came to sit, he stepped out to let him in, only for the second passenger to get in, shut the door, and tell the driver he’d pay for the empty seat so the first guy couldn’t get back in 😂😂😂 As the journey went on, he even allowed the driver to add someone else to that seat, and still paid for both seats. People are petty 😂😂😂😂😂

Alongside his twin brother and other comrades, we visited our brother Alex Waiswa Mufumbiro at Luzira Upper Prison this morning, following the death of his wife to try and comfort him in this very sad situation. He is devastated by the news, which he first learnt from fellow prisoners who heard it on radio. His greatest regret is that he was not able to be by her side as she breathed her last. He hopes against hope that he can be released on bail so that he lays her to rest. What hurts him more is that on the day the regime claims he took part in "unlawful drilling," he was at Uganda Cancer Institute, desperately trying to get medical attention for his wife.
