Toy Story 3 ends with Andy moving on and Woody putting his friends happiness over his own.. It literally props Toy Story 4 which is Woody finding himself a new purpose and moving on

People glaze Toy Story 3 yet act like the sequels following it are sacrilegious, especially 4 for Woody’s choices, they sure haven’t taken the main message to heart that things change and you need to move on in life instead of holding onto the past. Let Andy go, the toys did.
