Cheetah companion dog Remus is 5 today! Cheetahs can have up to 6 cubs, but when only 1-2 cubs survive often she will abandon those cubs. This happens in their natural range & in zoos. The main reason we pair cheetah ambassadors with a dog is for companionship!
