Two important updates for Bybit in Malaysia.
1. Bybit has been removed from the Securities Commission Malaysia - Investor Alert List after constructive engagement and alignment with local regulatory expectations.
2. We also recently led funding into Hata, a dual-licensed crypto platform in Malaysia. We believe regulated local infrastructure matters for long-term industry growth and user trust.

A wealthy woman(0x318) with over $800k on-chain is sitting on nearly a $200k loss after three months in the crypto market:
- 3mon ago, she invested 1.043M $CRV worth $452.4k at $0.4337
- $CRV is now at $0.224, and she’s still holding through a 50% drop, not even activating veCRV
- No DCA despite still holding over $500k in USDT, possibly waiting for even lower prices?
It’s hard to understand how she’s holding the key to potential profits but not using it. Is she inexperienced, or has she lost faith in DeFi?

A crypto investor has just given up after losing most of his assets: - 7mon ago, to prove his loyalty, he bought 1.046M $CRV and deposited it into a pool, which allowed him to participate in protocol governance and earn a share of the revenue. - He spent a total of $925K at an average price of $0.8842. After 7 months, protocol revenue declined, making returns insufficient to cover costs. Most importantly, the token price dropped nearly 80%, causing such a shock that he fainted for 30'. After waking up, he decided to sell everything: - 2h ago, he deposited the entire 1.046M $CRV to Binance to sell. - Total received: $221K at a price of $0.2111. - A $704k loss - straight like a dagger.
