Finally received the Meta Full-Stack Software Engineer Certificate 🎓 After completing both the Meta Back-End Developer and Meta Front-End Developer paths, this badge now brings the full journey together. I’m proud of this milestone, but I know the real work is what comes next: building real projects, improving every day, and pushing my path toward full-stack products and AI-powered applications. Step by step. 🚀 #Meta #FullStack #WebDevelopment #SoftwareDevelopment #Laravel #PHP #AI #BuildInPublic

The hardest part of tech isn’t writing code. It’s living with the constant feeling of being behind. A new AI drops. A new tool drops. A new framework drops. And you’re still trying to get solid at what you started learning yesterday. The truth? Sometimes coding isn’t the heaviest part. The pressure to keep up with everything is. Do you ever feel that too? #BuildInPublic

@archie_mints @rcelanodev Understanding AI matters, sure, but mostly for knowing what problems it actually solves. Secure and shippable beats clever every time. good on you for keeping that focus — thats where real value lives.

Building a website for a Pomeranian kennel 🐾 Before going live with the first release, I added throttle middleware to all public routes. One line of code. Zero brute force attacks. ->middleware('throttle:5,1') #BuildInPublic #Laravel #PHP

My new coding companion just arrived. Tony Stark approved. 🔴🟡 Meanwhile, building my wife's kennel website — Laravel, Filament, and way too much coffee. #BuildInPublic #Laravel #IndieHacker

Today I learned the essential difference between Gates and Policies in Laravel while building a QR code service. Gates for global rules, Policies for Model-specific rules. The code is much cleaner than checking permissions in every controller. #Laravel #PHP #BuildInPublic #indiehacker

"Leveraging AI for Web Development" is now free to watch in its entirety on Youtube. Premiering right now. It's effectively a 3 hour AI bootcamp for web devs. We spent *months* working on this. youtube.com/watch?v=E4ThRi…

Sunday refactoring session. Taking Don Magnifico from vanilla HTML/CSS/JS → Full Laravel project with Blade templates Why? → Easier maintenance → Reusable components → Proper routing → Database integration ready Real developers refactor. They don't just ship and forget. #Laravel #WebDev #BuildInPublic

Unpopular opinion: Devs who refuse AI in 2026 are like devs who refused IDEs in 2010. "Real programmers use Vim!" "Autocomplete makes you lazy!" "You should memorize syntax!" Now those same people use VSCode with 20 plugins. AI is the same evolution. Tools don't replace skills. They amplify them. The question isn't "Should I use AI?" It's "How do I use it effectively?" Agree or disagree? 🔥👇 #AI #WebDev #Coding #IndieHackers

@InterviewsChat Exactly! It took me months to realize this. Now when I talk to companies I bring: • Active clients • Real projects shipped • Proven delivery track record The conversation completely changes when you come from a position of value, not need. Thanks for the insight! 💪🏻

Had a job interview last week. Recruiter: "Why leave freelancing?" Me: "I'm not leaving. I'm evaluating if YOU fit." The shift: Employee mindset: ❌ "Please hire me" ❌ Desperate for any offer ❌ Accept whatever they propose Business owner mindset: ✅ "Is this worth MY time?" ✅ I have paying clients already ✅ I negotiate from strength I build enterprise software for real clients. This interview? Just exploring options. You're not a job seeker. You're a solution provider with OPTIONS. Own your value. 💪 Fellow freelancers: when did YOUR mindset shift? 👇 #Freelancing #Mindset #IndieHacker #WebDev

Laravel Services: why I use them everywhere. I used to put everything in Controllers. Now I separate business logic into Services. Benefits: ✅ Thin, readable Controllers ✅ Reusable business logic ✅ Easier testing ✅ Simple maintenance Small refactor, huge impact. Do you use Services in your Laravel projects? 👇 #Laravel #PHP #CleanCode #WebDev

Week 16 building ADR Doctor Pom. The reality check: → 4 months solo development → Laravel 12 + Stripe + Zoom APIs → 85% complete, shipping next week What actually broke me? Not the code. It was: → Client asking for "just one more feature" → Explaining why X takes 2 weeks not 2 days → Debugging at 2AM because "it's urgent" → Balancing quality vs deadline pressure School teaches syntax. Real projects teach DELIVERY. What lesson did your first client project teach you? 👇 #BuildInPublic #Laravel #WebDev #IndieHacker

Laravel is underrated. Been building with it for a year. Here's why I chose it over other frameworks: ✅ Eloquent ORM (relationships sono poetry) ✅ Blade templating (simple ma powerful) ✅ Built-in authentication (non reinventi la ruota) ✅ Artisan CLI (productivity x10) ✅ Massive ecosystem (package per tutto) Built an enterprise gestionale in 4 months solo. Laravel did the heavy lifting. Other frameworks are great. But Laravel lets me SHIP fast. And shipping is what matters. What's your go-to framework? 👇 #Laravel #PHP #WebDev #CodingLife

Just shipped ADR Doctor Pom in 4 months. Veterinary management system (multi-tenant): → Geographic pricing (IT/EU/US) → Videocall + payments integration → GDPR compliant → Multi-step medical workflow Stack: Laravel 12, JavaScript, MySQL, Bootstrap Built with AI-assisted workflow. What would take 7-8 months → done in 4. "But isn't using AI cheating?" No. It means working in 2026. Clients pay for: ✅ Problem solved ✅ Working system ✅ Business digitalized NOT for: ❌ "Proof you memorized syntax" Using AI is like architects using CAD. More efficient = more professional. My value: understanding complex business logic. Not writing boilerplate by hand. Next: Barberia Carnera (booking system for barbers). Building in public 🚀 #BuildInPublic #Laravel #IndieHacker #AI
