I'm wondering because I won a lot of proxy wars and put a lot of countries into my sphere but the game didn't let me go through the Iberian Geopolitical Independent path for some reason.
Even tho I only suck up to Americans when there was no other independent option.

It's a nice update but not that much changes for democratic Liberia. I will need to check out the Iberian wars tho

@SevenAgate1 @Igi_POLCOM Legislative council + high council reformism leads to them trying to undermine the caudillos and then they build a democracy which you will need to keep stable in the beginning
