PROVIDENCE: Pets rescued from a house fire on Vandewater St just now. Firefighters found this dog struggling to breathe inside. Seems to be doing much better after being given oxygen. Another dog, cat & 2 birds also removed safely. 1 adult & 2 kids transported w/ minor injuries.
