Niggers never take their HIV medications. I'm a doctor. When I was med student, I was forced to do surgery on a fatass nigger with HIV who didn't take her meds. @ryanhansen33 A buddy of mine is black and has ulcerative colitis. He is on disability and says he can't work but he sits on his computer on reddit literally 24/7. He gets around fine, is thin, is able bodies, but says he's in pain (although I never actually see him in pain)

During my medical school clinical rotations, nearly every nigger patient I encountered was fat, rude, and HIV+. They all had diabetes, hypertension, chronic pain, and 10 other chronic conditions requiring frequent follow up appointments with specialists (eg eye doctor, cardiologist, etc). They either didn't work, on disability, or worked some bullshit job. Why do we still provide healthcare to these useless monkeys?

It's easy to follow societal rules. It's not easy to obtain critical thinking skills with low IQ. The smartest blacks top out at IQ 120-130. And that's a tiny fraction. There are three types of patients at my top-ranked hospital: jews, mexicans, and niggers. 1. Ashkenazi jews that have 8 kids with autosomal recessive diseases such as cystic fibrosis and tay-sachs. Btw they have a fucking elevator just for these jewniggas which stops at every floor so they don't have to "use electronics" on Saturday. "I can trick God" ahh niggers. 2. Illegal immigrant mexiniggas. None of them speak English. They're all fat as fuck. The parents included. The kids grew up in the hospital so never received basic education or social skills. All they do is scroll their ipad all day and have temper tantrums. The parents are illegal too so they never show up. If they do, they're useless and make the nurse do everything. They can't even control their own child. They don't want the child to get discharged either because it's free daycare. 3. Niggers. Nigger genetics get you congenital cardiac defects among a million other problems like sickle cell anemia. Their parents are never here to visit their kid either. And when they do come, they argue with and disrespect the doctors and nurses as if they know medicine. Fucking IQ 60 chimpretards. They'll interfere with care by denying random tests that their niggamonkeybrains deem unnecessary. Their kids stay in the hospital for years, racking up millions of dollars in hospital charges and the most world-class advanced surgeries that wealthy arabniggas from the UAE fly over here to get. Yes, your average ghetto nigga has full access to that for free. On CHIP/Medicaid. That's how good American healthcare is. They don't take their meds or follow up with care when they leave the hospital either so they end right back in the hospital after their heart fails. And the parents blame the doctor. Repeat.
