day 8 😞 - around 1000/900 cals ( 😞 maybe slightly more? but around 1k ugh) - 6.8k steps (eh) - 14hr fast 😩 caved too early - walk and run - burned around 300 calories BUT wasn’t wearing my apple watch so have no clue not a good start lowkey

day 7!!!!!! - around 900-1000 cals (felt sick so needed to eat) - 13.6k steps! - 16hr fast - burned 536 cals! - long walk but no workout net calls 336/436 ish? end of week stats 53.5 kg (8stone 6lbs) down from 55kg (8stone 9lbs) good week 😊

@cuddles4z honestly - as a welsh girl i would sooo recommend spending a few days here!!! in august we have some really good beach days (sometimes lol) you should defo see cardiff or somewhere near! make sure you get the good weather though 😊

@pinkedcal im 5’5 ish and try to stay under 900! i usually workout/run/walk to try but 500 calories a day though!
