I’m so so so devastated to share that my beautiful pup Delilah is in heaven. She passed away in my brother’s arms at 1:25 this afternoon. She’s reunited with her sister, April. 💔

PSA: yesterday my partner and i were skating when he fell, hit his head, and had a grand mal seizure. he had a helmet and didn’t fall far - i didn’t know a seizure could still occur like that but what i DID know is seizure first aid - you should too! cdc.gov/epilepsy/about… 1/?

@bethanyhensel13 Even the cramping I had the first 2 weeks was FAR easier to handle than an actual period. I just remember laying on the couch for a day or so with a heat pad on and voila. Best decision ever and the happiest 5 years of my life hahaha

@bethanyhensel13 Insertion was by far the worst. It felt like getting stabbed, That being said, if you can ask for them to prescribe you something to soften the cervix before insertion, it helps! I have loved mine for the past 5 years and have to get it removed/replaced soon

Writing is such a weird experience. I've gone from a silly idea, to liking my characters, to now being so obsessed with them, they literally wake me up to be written. I can't wait to query and have my dreams and soul crushed 🙃
