All in all this seemed like a pretty lightweight way to personalize wayfinding without relying on a bunch of fragile augmented reality tech. Not so thrilled about the normalization of facial recognition tech being used in public spaces though :-/ @hypervisible #LuxurySurveillance

A monitoring device is mounted on the ceiling at the top of the tracking area. I did not see any other tracking devices/cameras, but maybe I just missed them.
