I don’t know how to fix this golf rule and maybe there isn’t a way to fix it.
But it just feels so wrong. It can literally be a full or half stroke reward for finding a sprinkler head.
Something can be legal and be ethically wrong. That’s what this is.

Ah, the annual whining about the fact that SDSU fans buy more tickets than any other school. Almost as annoying as people whining that the Bison had more fans in Frisco than the other team. If I'm an athlete, I'd rather play in front of 6K cheering against me than 1K.

Landmand Golf Club in Homer, Nebraska put all their tee times for the year on sale today. Prepay required.
They sold every single one almost instantly.
Like battling for Taylor Swift tickets, people were queued and ready, but couldn’t even get a sniff.
The Farmer took a giant risk when he built Landmand with King Collins. A remote destination and at the time a relatively untested architect team.
To say it’s been a grand slam is an understatement. Absolutely one of the great success stories in the golf courses business.
Amazing what passion can do.
