If Wemby plans to try to play as much as he can, the Spurs can make the playoffs next season without needing to overpay for overlap in free agency. You have to remember, last season Keldon, Sochan, and Devin barely played 24 games together last season and majority of those happened in the 1st half of the season when Sochan was still figuring things out.
