Honestly… not the kind of card chasing headline we usually see in the hobby 👀 The head priest of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, Rev. Aidan Smith, is facing retail theft charges after police say he stole more than $1,000 worth of baseball cards from a Walmart. Authorities allege Smith took 27 packs of cards, and store security said surveillance showed him taking cards during several previous visits as well. Police arrested the 42-year-old on Feb. 27 after he left the store with the packs concealed under his clothing and in a box. The church’s diocese says it will conduct its own investigation while the legal case plays out. via @ABC News
