Because I am lucky to have watched some men who would literally offer everything they own in a platter to me without expecting anything in return. Nothing at all.
And that still doesn't make me want to celebrate them because I feel that's how a normal respectful human who has love and respect for you would do.
Same goes for me. I can give all my money, my assets to someone I love & respect, without expecting anything in return.
If we truly respect somebody, love doesn't feel like a transaction but something you only offer to your beloved.
The rise of transactional relationships is also one of the symptoms of highly capitalist society where inequality has reached its peak and love feels like a burden and a monetary obligation to survive & still feel happy in this society that wants us to find happiness in materialistic things only.
Dear Women, raise your standards!!
Love someone with a heart not a price tag.
