Everyone says publicly ‘profession doesn’t matter’ but what they choose privately is very different. @mmpandit Completely agree, Sir. Unfortunately in current times, many of them are not able to win over their own Maya and ego, and this leads to poor choices in succession plan

The reason many spiritual movements fail, especially after death of their founders, is that the founders do not nominate Shishyas (disciples) of enough spiritual caliber and most importantly .. similar resilience to their founders, but instead nominate their sons or daughters who are basically having very little or no spiritual ability. Another reason is to not plan for succession. Yet another reason is accepting humungous amount of money from just anybody on any day of the year…. Another is not following basic principles of shastra. And all the other stuff is important of course. All things are based on principles of karma and the people honouring those principles face a lot of trouble but eventually succeed.
