Woke up. Identified the FVG on $ES Said I’d only take the long if I got confirmation. Got it. Took it. Sat on a Zoom with my trader friend reading price action live the whole time. No stress. No second guessing. Just execution. Called it here before entry. $1,997 later — that’s what patience looks like.

@martinfxtrade Journaling every loss instead of just moving on. Forced me to sit with it and find the actual reason was it the setup or was it me? Most of the time it was me.
