Where should we focus our efforts?
Following the recent publication of the @YouthEndowFund's education practice guidance. I'm running a virtual event to bring to life our guidance on how to reduce children’s involvement in violence.

Writing this reminded me of my time as a school leader and the impact of violence on some of the children I worked with.
There are things that schools can do to make a positive difference - let's focus our energy, time and resources on what works.
