@JaneSmi59961167 And it happens back in s1 with him making her remember papa when trapping her in the closet, or shouting at her multiple different times. The only reason it doesn’t happen in s2 and 3 isn’t bc they “rebuild themselves” but bc they are simply apart for various plot reasons. 💀

@JaneSmi59961167 Ngl all comics are quite byler-leaning even in m11 scenes. Later panels in this comic once again highlights El’s desire to have mom and to be free. And the framing puts lumax/byler together and El alone. Context: they were playing dnd and got scared, but those were mice.

@slavless why is their relationship so universally miserable. El just walking by him without a care in the world while he mopes and Will has to fucking comfort him. It cannot be that hard to make them cute, or at least solve their issues without Will's involvement.

@curedornot He also is able to airbend the particles out of kids when they are rescued so they don’t have to go through the same experience he did ☹️
