should i start weighing myself twice a week again? bc i almost spiraled this morning after weighing in at 90.3lbs when the day before it said 89 🥲 ik its just water weight logically and food weight from the day before but it made me freak out a bit

im so fucking fat forget the cookie thing i dont deserve it i need to lose more weight i need to be 35kg now but i cant fucking restrict during exams fml
