@cclabubu @talalthinks This guy literally advocates for freedom on both sides for hijabis and ex-hijabis, he doesn't judge ex Muslims like us, he even defends girls who take off the hijab from hardline Islamists who call them bitches, he himself gets bullied by Islamist men for it

My people endure a living nightmare and everyone, men included, have performed acts of deep heroism. The dehumanization of Arab men is what makes us see young boys as potential threats that must be killed for preserving “security.” This comment hurts so much.

ok what else are they good for? we can use them for animal testing so they can finally serve a purpose

@cclabubu to the ones back home and suffer similarly too.
I don’t know who hurt you to develop this much hatred and disregard for human life, but I hope you get the justice you deserve. But dehumanizing Palestinian men enduring horrors contributes to the disposability of their lives.

@cclabubu like mine segregated themselves historically for protection. That means all the mental illnesses, stupid religious beliefs, misogyny, and homophobia they have from the region came with them too. So, despite being in “the West” many immigrants experience conditions similar…

@talalthinks @JuJuna5266 Even when they say they are not insecure, it comes of as sounding insecure since a truly non insecure person has little desire to prove that they are not insecure lol

@JuJuna5266 @x8is_ What about F’deeha culture? We’re super arrogant. But Arabs care so much about what other people say they will conduct whole schemes to restore their “honor” (reputation). We gossip consistently to extract info we can use against others. We hurt family because of what people say.

@Morningbird_Asa That hasn’t been my experience, despite my persistence. 😂 But yes. I think those jeans and crocs look good together!

@talalthinks They sometimes make me uncomfortable but you get used to it if they are cute enough.

@greatannihilat3 @JuJuna5266 Ah, well I can’t speak for all religions, but if we’re talking about the big ones I think to some extent it’s right. For Muslims it certainly is the case, East and West.

@talalthinks @JuJuna5266 “impossible to separate from violence and imposition. Most criticisms of the religion are either reductive, overgeneralized, presumptive, or flat out ignorant”

There is disliking islam and there is disliking brown people. I think this is just racism.

@JuJuna5266 I think recent online discourses have reinforced for me people’s deep hatred for Islam is impossible to separate from violence and imposition. Most criticisms of the religion are either reductive, overgeneralized, presumptive, or flat out ignorant. Muslims become hate objects.
English

@JuJuna5266 If only there was a neat separation between that. It doesn’t exist.
